Smart Serve is required under the Liquor Licence Act

To sell or serve alcohol in Ontario all servers, bartenders, hostesses, food and beverage managers, or anyone who is involved in an event where alcohol is served.  

 Course Content: legal rights, responsibilities, Checking ID, liabilities prevention and intervention techniques. Learn the effects of alcohol and a BAC Chart. Retail Sales & Cannabis

If you do not pass the first time you can retake the test at no extra charge. Requires a minimum passing grade of 80%
