Flair bartending is working flair. It's movements with your tools from mixing bowls/shakers, glassware, napkins, garnishing, ice, bottles, etc. Working flair is the putting together of an enhanced style of bartending which can actually be used on the job in a licensed establishment.

Performance bartending, although a style of flair is generally reserved for competition purposes.
