Mixology: Tricks Of The Trade

As there are valid reasons for doing what we as bartenders do; we teach our students why they're doing what they're doing. Understanding what & why your doing something is a much more effective learning method than memorization.

250 Plus Cocktails:

Our program, upon completion, will give you the know how to make in excess of 250 cocktails. The more you know, the more you'll use, the more confident, the more professional.

The Workshops:

Included in our regular bartending program is our Martini, Beer, & Shooters Workshops. While working with real alcohol techniques in layering | shaking | flaming | precise pouring | and measuring are just a few of the skills perfected with these workshops

Hands-On

Our entire bartending program is taught on a hands on basis. Included in this teaching method is our Speed Rounds (for high volume) | Pixel Point P.O.S & Cash Register Systems | Mocktails (on alcohol beverages)| & Stock Rotation
